Australia’s most contested national elite show car series Meguiar’s Superstars concluded for 07/08 on Saturday 5th July at Meguiar’s MotorEx.
Taking out the “Best of Breed” in the Hot Rod category was Peter Elliot (QLD) – ‘37 Ford Roadster. The two runners-up were Warren Stephensen (QLD) – ‘39 Chev Sedan and Mark Apap (VIC) – ‘33 Ford Coupe.

In the Street Machine category “Best of Breed” was awarded to Laurie Seguna (NSW) – ’83 Gemini. The two runners-up were Aaron Fitzpatrick (ACT) – ’69 Datsun 1600 and Joe Lo Re (ACT) with his ’71 X7 GT – XY Falcon.
Meguiar’s Hi-Tech Tuner “Best of Breed” was awarded to Sean Parsons (NSW) – ’98 Subaru WRX while Keith Hakanson (NSW) – ’06 Honda Odyssey was runner-up.

Meguiar’s MotorEx is also the host event for the first Superstars qualifying round for the 08/09 series.
